Diseases, cures and our food

Our body and its function is also one of the great blessings of Almighty Allah. For every disease Allah (SWT) provide us a cure. This care can be found in our body or in our surrounding in the form of plants and other food.

This is our duty to research to find this hidden treasure of cure.

A number of articles have been published in different journal in this regards.

Keeping in view an idea came to my mind to collect some information about the vegetables and fruit which produce in different months (season) of the years. Here a little effort is presented before you, in this effort diseases, their cure and our food are discussed month wise.

January

The month of January has special characteristics. Winter is at its extreme in this month.  January is good for health. In this month we have to eat such type of food which maintain our body temperature, provide us heat and provide strength to our body. In this month our digestive system work better and we feel hungry.

Use of meat, honey, egg, fish, banana, pomegranates, milk, butter, almond, dates, apple, porridge, carrot, coconut is good for health during this month.

Take one cup of broth in breakfast or lunch. In this month we should wear warm dresses. Especially chest and belly should be covered properly. When go to the bed cover your feet too. Do exercise, participate in physical sport, or at least walk enough.

PAISH LAFZ

“Jaan hai to jahan hai” urdu ki aik mashhoor kahawat hai kay Allah ney bani nooh insan ko jin naimatoon say     nawaza hai. Inn main say insan aur iske roz marra kay mamoolat kay silsile ki khud kariyat aik bohat bara  ina’am khuda wandi hai.Quraan majeed main irshad hai.

“yakeenan ap logon k liye apki janon main bohat bari nishaniyan hain”

Lekin jab insan apni be aetdaali aur bad amli ki waja se jan par zulm karta hai to iska nizam kharab ho jata hai. Jise beemari se mosoom kiya jata hai aur Allah ne iske liye bhi apna inaam bakhsha hai apne farmaya

“Beshak hum ne har beemari k liye iska ilaaj mumkin banaya hai’’

Har beemari ki takhleek  kay sath  Allah taala  ne jiss tarha insaani jaan main iss beemari kay raffa karne ka intezaam qaim kar rakha hai , ussi tarha insaani jaan say hatt kar iss kay irrd girrd  kay maahol main iss ki ghiza main aur iss k irrd girrd phelay nabataat main inn beemariyoun ka ilaaj bhi mojood hai.

Pakistan k baaz komi jaraid main saal kay baraa maheenon kay hawalay say insaani jaan ko paish aane wali beemariyoun aur inn maheenon main milne wale phalon aur deegar ghizai ajnaas main mumkin khubiyoun kay hawalay say kaee mazameen samnay aae. Yeh aik achhota khayyal tha. Jo kay ahqar ko bohat hi achcha laga, chunachay ahkar nay issi khayyal ko paish e nazar rakh kar kay saal kay baara maah, beemariyan, ilaaj aur ghizza ka aik mukhtasir sa guldasta paish kiya hai Inshallah umeed hai kay kaareen ki iss matnoo hawaloon say milne wali khushbo’on say apni jaan balb saanson ko moatar kar kay jaan aafreeni ka samaan milega aur mere liye yahi sab se bara inaam hoga.

“Allah taala say duaa hai kay woh iss hakeer see koshish ko kabool farmae”.

MAAH JANUARY

BEEMARIYAAN ILAAJ AUR GHIZAIN

Maah January jahan iss aitbaar say infaraadi khasoosiyat rakhta hai kay yeh esswi calendar ka unwaan aghaaz hai wahan iski aik imtiyaazi khasoosiyat yeh bhi hai kay yeh mosam sarma main arooj o shabab ka maheena hai.

Tabbi nukta nigah say sehat kay liya sard maheenon, January wagaira ko saal kay baaki maheenon par tarjeeh hasil hai. January sehat kay liye mufeed maheena hai. Aik plate pulao ya do phalkon say ziyada na khaen. Iss maah main shehed ka istemaal faida mand hai. Subah naashte main shehed khaen. Khand ki bajae gurr khaen. Agar mumkin ho to iss maheene main do chaar martaba khasoosi takleef karna to aen munaasib hai kay dahe main sarson ka tail mila kar jism par is ski maalish karli jay aur iss kay baad hamaam main neem garam pani say ghusal karliya jaye. Iss tadbeer say na sirf shiddat sardi thatharte hue fard ki kuwwat bahal rehti hai aur masaamat khulnay ki zaroorat main andaroon jisam sehat mandaana haraarat ka wajood barkaraar rehta hai balkay tamaam jisam MAHOORI mustaadi kay barkee taar lehraane lagte hain. Tabiat ka jamood yaksar door ho jata hai aur sab say bara faida yeh pohonchta hai kay jisam ki farbahi ka amal kisi rukaawat kay baghair jaari rehta hai.
